Reproductive Endocrinology in Conservation

This workshop uses a combination of lecture and hands-on activities to help bring the science of saving species into the classroom through investigations into the utility of endocrinology in wildlife conservation. Participants will use a mock enzyme immunoassay to generate, graph, and interpret data regarding the reproductive state of individual African elephant females living in the herd at the Safari Park.
